Explosive beth deals TNT blow

Wiveliscombe Ladies continued their very promising start to the season with a 38-14 win over Devon side TNT.
Two tries in the first 10 minutes came from inside centre Tania Govier, who proved too strong for the TNT defence, followed by a conversion from scrum half Rachel Sharland, who scored the next try plus another conversion.
TNT came back to score a try just before the end of the first half which was converted.
The second half started well with the Wivey forwards pushing TNT back to their five-metre line where Rachael Sharland made a dive for the line, scoring her second try that she converted.
TNT came back to score another try which was converted.
The last ten minutes saw outside centre Beth Smith make two fine breakaways from the halfway line to score twice under the posts, with one of these converted.
Wivey Ladies are away this weekend to bottom of the league Ivel Barbarians, followed by a home game on November 26 against second in the league St Mary's Old Boys.
